No encontre equivalencia para "Offset"

Porque lo que necesito es si tengo una serie de valores en una columna: A1=1, a2=2, a3=3, ponerlos en un mismo renglon: b1=1, c1=2, d1=3...

Gracias Juan Pablo. Para no publicar en foro mi duda, segui tu consejo de usar el panel "inmediato" en VBA: range("a1").Formula="=offset(b1,2)", pero no aparece la equivalencia en español...¿porque?
Para lo que quiero trabajar, ¿uso "desref" en lugar de "transponer"?

Si, el problema es que ahí, OFFSET necesita el segundo parámetro...<Pre>Range("A1").Formula = "=OFFSET(B1,2,0)"
?Range("A1").Formula
=OFFSET(B1,2,0)
?Range("A1").FormulaLocal
=DESREF(B1,2,0)</pre>
