"No more new fonts may be applied..."

Does anyone know why i would be getting the following message when i perform copy and paste functions in my workbook. i use excel 2000, 9.0.

"No more new fonts may be applied in this workbook."

Also is there a place i can go to in the future to gain information on these types of messages. are these messages documented somewhere.
