I want to pick an item from a list that is in cells a1 through a7. I know how to do this with RANDBETWEEN(), but as weird as it sounds, when I look at the functions using shift-f3, there is no RANDBETWEEN :-(

Is this possible? I know my excel is old, but that old?

So, since I only seem to have RAND is there a way to pick from my list?

Excel Facts

Why are there 1,048,576 rows in Excel?
The Excel team increased the size of the grid in 2007. There are 2^20 rows and 2^14 columns for a total of 17 billion cells.
How about:
=INT(1+RAND()*6.99)

and use it like:
=INDEX(A1:A7,INT(1+RAND()*6.99))

?
