non uk date format

I have been given a excel spread sheet & the dates are showing as below:-

03/01/2024
03/02/2024
etc

I need the dates to be in the UK format :-

01/03/2024
etc

I have tried to format , but still they remain in the non UK format!!

The above is just a sample , there are rows & rows of dates & therefore I need a a formula that will save me the 'manual' boring task.

Excel Facts

What is the last column in Excel?
Excel columns run from A to Z, AA to AZ, AAA to XFD. The last column is XFD.
You can use text to columns, delimited, next, clear all checkboxes, next, select MDY from the date drop-down, Finish.

thank you fluff, but that did not work. I tripled checked your sugg, but still it remains nin uk :{

Did you select MDY rather than DMY?
