Normal Curve overlay bar graph

I found a similar question posted, but didn't understand the answer given.

I have a normal, basic distribution bar graph. I learned how to SEPARETELY graph a normal bell curve. I want to OVERLAY this bell curve on my original bar graph, so i can compare our sample to the norm. Any easy way to do this?
