I am trying to obtain some Excel stats information. More specifically, I am looking to find out what % of Finance Professionals use Excel, what % of their work they do in Excel, and what % of the functions they know on average. i.e. reliable results along the lines of - 83% of finance companies use Excel. This program is used to complete 93% of their daily workings. On average, these users know 14% of the functions available and how to use them confidently.

These are of course fictitious stats....any ideas where I can get some hard info?

Excel Facts

Formula for Yesterday
Name Manager, New Name. Yesterday =TODAY()-1. OK. Then, use =YESTERDAY in any cell. Tomorrow could be =TODAY()+1.
Are you looking of all Excel Professionals or just within your company?

If it is just within your company, you or someone else could have a survey completed, but as Professionals worldwide goes, I do not know of anything, but you could always try a serach engine, but that isn't always the most reliable data either.
