Hi,

I have an spreadsheet with number, if there's not amount and some cells will will have the letter "X" in it.

is there a way with code not to print the letter "x" wherever it finds it in the spreadsheet?

thank you

Will the fill handle fill 1, 2, 3?
Yes! Type 1 in a cell. Hold down Ctrl while you drag the fill handle.
I don't believe it could be done but i have an idea.
Before print, you can color "x" with white, then print, and then color with black again.
Here the code:
Code:
Sub Macro()
With Worksheets(1).Range("A1:Z500")
    Set c = .Find("x", LookIn:=xlValues)
    If Not c Is Nothing Then
        firstAddress = c.Address
        Do
            c.Font.Color = vbWhite
            Set c = .FindNext(c)
        Loop While Not c Is Nothing And c.Address <> firstAddress
    End If
End With

'COMAND PRINT
ActiveWindow.SelectedSheets.PrintOut Copies:=1

With Worksheets(1).Range("A1:Z500")
    Set c = .Find("x", LookIn:=xlValues)
    If Not c Is Nothing Then
        firstAddress = c.Address
        Do
            c.Font.Color = vbBlack
            Set c = .FindNext(c)
        Loop While Not c Is Nothing And c.Address <> firstAddress
    End If
End With
End Sub
