Hello,
I have a discipline sheet I use to track incidents at my school. I am trying to expand it to yield more data. The range R7:R100 tells me if an incident involved a Boy or Girl, S7:S100 tells me if the incident didn't warrant a suspension by simply having an "X" in the cell. I would like to know how many incidents boys were involved in that didn't warrant a suspension and the same for girls. Something like count the number of cells in Column S with an "X" in them if Column R = "B"

Thank you in advance.

Excel Facts

Move date out one month or year
Use =EDATE(A2,1) for one month later. Use EDATE(A2,12) for one year later.
How about
Excel Formula:
=COUNTIFS(S:S,"X",R:R,"B")
