Notes or message or something (Not Comments)

I used to do this all the time! I can't remember what it is called. It was just like comments, only it's not comments, because comments come up when you place your mouse over the cell and a red triangle is in the corner. This box comes up when I enter a cell, the box comes up with comments or helpful info. I am not even sure how to edit this info?

Does anyone know what I am looking for??

Goto Data-->Validation-->Input Message.

You might also want to disable toe Error Alert.
