Now function to stop if

Hi,

I have an excel were I need into one column to stop the function now to count and freeze the value if other column is filled with DA or NU. Bellow I putted a link with the excel. So I need the cell from column D (Done time) to stop if in the cell from column E (Status) is filled with DA or NU, otherwise to continue counting. Hope I explained very clear what I need :)
