null error in Power Query

When I Get data from folder containing few excel files in Power Query the selected first file (sample file) data all the columns correctly taken but in others files one column named invoice number value show as null request you how to rectifies the null error in power query.
 

Excel Facts

Format cells as date
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+3 to format cells as date. (Shift 3 is the # sign which sort of looks like a small calendar).
