Hi All,

I'm trying to find the last row used in a data range, however the function that i'm using is giving me #NUM! error:

{=MAX(ROW(A:E)*(A:E<>""))}

The version of excel i'm using is 2003, i'm trying to do this without using VBA.

The data includes empty/ blank rows.

The data looks like this:
4
6

8
10

Can anyone help?

Thanks in advance?

gillj

You cannot use whole columns (e.g. A:A) with array formulae in 2003.

Perhaps;
=MATCH(9.99E+307,A:A,1)
