I am trying to find how many days a group of people has been in each quarter starting with their specific start date. Ideally, I want to multiply a number to that to put a KPI metric next to them. So if this person started 2/1/21 and our Q1 date's are between 7/1/21 - 9/31/21 then I would like it to say they've been in Q1 the whole time then I'll calculate the KPI against that number... So if someone started with 15 days left in Q1 I want it to reflect that number and add that calculation to that too.

How to show all formulas in Excel?
Press Ctrl+` to show all formulas. Press it again to toggle back to numbers. The grave accent is often under the tilde on US keyboards.
Suggest you upload using XL2BB (no pictures) to show a sample of data that we can work with. 8-10 records should suffice.
