Number of higher and lower values

C1:XYZ1 generates numerical values, 0 OR "" (null).
In E2 I want to know how many numbers generated are <=D2
In F2 I want to know how many numbers generated are >D2
The answers must ignore 0 & "" (null) generations
In G2 HIGHEST value
In H2 LOWEST valu

There is no such column as XYZ so I have used column Z in my suggestions.

=COUNTIFS(C1:Z1,"<="&D2,C1:Z1,"<>0")

F2:

=COUNTIFS(C1:Z1,">"&D2)

G2

=AGGREGATE(14,6,C1:Z1/(C1:Z1<>0),1)

H2

=AGGREGATE(15,6,C1:Z1/(C1:Z1<>0),1)
