Number of Rows selected

I have a program where the user selects a row and it is copied to another worksheet, after inserting a row for to receive it. I would like to add the ability for the user to select a few rows.

I need to know how to get the code to figure out how many rows the user selected. After that its a simple case of inserting the same number rows on the other worksheet.

I have been searching back post because I think this question has come up before but I cant seem to find it.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
