Number on non-empty cells based on condition

Hello everyone,

In TAB-1 (in cell A1), I want to have the following value :

In TAB-2, for every cell in column "A" that contains "Mike", I want to know the number on non-empty cells in column "B"​

Please note that column "A" contains multiple names other than "Mike".
