Number to appear in different format

Hi Mr. Excel,

I have to work with lots of big numbers. It becomes very difficult to read numbers like 1,25,25,633 or 74,15,54,676, etc. Can I get these numbers changed in the following manner: 12,525,633 or 741,554,676. That way I can read them very easily.

Can you please suggest the action to be taken.
