Numbers between "Start" and "End" sequence

A is the smallest value of a sequence
B is the largest value of a sequence
What I want if for C to show all numbers that fit in that range

I am hoping that this way I can easily find duplicated entries beteen 2 tabs.

You beautiful, beautiful people. Thank you, this gives me a few choices to play with.

I can't seem to get XL2BB to work but here are some screenshots on my file. ID numbers MUST be unique. They are usually in sequence to avoid this (first tab) but sometimes the customer asks for specific unique ID's (second tab), and usualy with a hyphen in. So I made the file to help keep track but it doesn't show me when an ID number is already in use via the other tab.
