Obtain URL

Hi, I'm trying to return a URL from IE to populate in a table.

Essentially, I want the user to be able to click a button which opens IE or some kind of dialog box, let them navigate to the desired URL and then return this URL to a cell. Something like GetOpenFileName, but with web pages.

Any ideas?
