I posted a problem a few minutes ago, but I have now solved it. How do I go about deleting a thread if this happens in future, to prevent other folk from wasting their time trying to solve a solved issue?

Can you sort left to right?
To sort left-to-right, use the Sort dialog box. Click Options. Choose "Sort left to right"
Post the solution you found to your OP, this way if others ask the same question they'll have an answer to refer to :)

It wasn't anything too technical - I couldn't figure out why the ribbon kept disappearing - I had inadvertently right-clicked the menu Bar and clicked "Minimize the Ribbon".
Would you have wanted to admit to that? :)

We all do things and then realise what we've done. I once posted about a calculation error only to be told the calc was 100% correct :p
