I would like to name a range of cells and enter data in some or all of the cells and then enter a formula next to the range that adds the number of cells that have a value. ie-- On my football stat sheet, I'll input yards for each carry in the range and then would like to put in a formula beside the range, that added up the cells with a value(actual carries during game).
Thanks for any help.
Mike

Excel Facts

Format cells as currency
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+4 to format cells as currency. (Shift 4 is the $ sign).
So, this is the COUNT function? Or am I missing something in your question?
