Hi,
I have the following formula which works well:
{=SUM(SIGN(FREQUENCY(IF('Seizure diary'!$E$13:$E$50000=C3,'Seizure diary'!$F$13:$F$50000),'Seizure diary'!$F$13:$F$50000)))}

However, when I'm trying to add a condition, it returns #VALUE. What am I doing wrong please?
{=SUM(SIGN(FREQUENCY(IF(AND('Seizure diary'!$E$13:$E$50000=C3,'Seizure diary'!$H$13:$H$50000<>""),'Seizure diary'!$F$13:$F$50000),'Seizure diary'!$F$13:$F$50000)))}

Excel Facts

Show numbers in thousands?
Use a custom number format of #,##0,K. Each comma after the final 0 will divide the displayed number by another thousand
Try
Excel Formula:
=SUM(SIGN(FREQUENCY(IF('Seizure diary'!$E$13:$E$50000=C3,IF('Seizure diary'!$H$13:$H$50000<>"",'Seizure diary'!$F$13:$F$50000)),'Seizure diary'!$F$13:$F$50000)))
