Off-spreadsheet +/- columns to display rows

This is going to sound really dumb -- but I can't remember what the function is for adding/removing the off-page columns on the left side of my spreadsheet that have the + / - links that will display or hide specific rows of data....? Someone revised my original spreadsheet to add this feature - and I've only used it once looooooooong ago, so I can't even recall what it is, in order to remove those functions.....?

Sorry to be so elementary this morning.......just can't find out what it is, and I have to make it go away pronto!

Appreciate any help.....

There are two ways of adding it - either Group and Outline, or Data-Subtotals.
