Office 2003 Merge to Email Security Message

Hi,

In Word/Outlook 2003 it is possible to disable the warning security message when mail merging to email addresses? It's quite annoying having to wait 5 seconds each time to click Yes when there are 100's of recipients!

To confirm, the message is:
"A program is trying to automatically send e-mail on your behalf. Do you want to allow this?"

The answer is probably to create a "Self-Signed Certificate".
