Hi all.

I have a spreadsheet with the following cascade formula:

Excel Facts

Pivot Table Drill Down
Double-click any number in a pivot table to create a new report showing all detail rows that make up that number
Hi

Sorry it didn't post in full before.

I have a set of cascading figures which are driven by an offset formula. Here is the example: https://picasaweb.google.com/croy1985/Excel#5647687400779447330

What i need is a sum which adds all of the figures which are dependent on year 1, year 2, year 3 etc. To help, i have highlighted year 1 figures in yellow, year 2 figures in green, and year 3 in orange.

Each year always has 13 periods.

On a monthly basis, i need to know how many are from year 1, year 2, year 3 etc.

Hope you can help with this.

Thank you.
