I have set up several formulas using the OFFSET command referencing a linked sheet and it doesn't want to work when the file is closed. If the file with the data is open it works fine but when it is closed I get the #VALUE! error. I have checked the links and they work fine until I used them in an OFFSET formula. Does anyone know if there is some limitation to using the OFFSET command in these circumstances???
