hello

here is my formula

=IF(ISTEXT(Data!C12),OFFSET(Data!C12,0,0,COUNTA(Data!$C$12:$C$75),1),NA())

its giving me a value error.

basically, worksheet "Data" is the main input sheet, where the branch adds or removes employee name.

any ideas?

How are you intending to use that formula?

It's an array formula so did you enter it as an array?
