Online spreadsheet

Is there any way I can set up an online spreadsheet with multiple users, say up to 30?

I would like to have all my worksheets, formulas, vlookups etc. working (in other words the exact workbook, but online and shared).

web based workbooks are read-only just like any website you can't just edit them... all major functions are locked out as well due to incompatability with html...
