I opened a html file from excel and I have code that formats and sorts the file. I want to save it out as an xlsx file. How do I get the popup form to "saveas" where I can select the file type to save as? I will be saving it as xlsx.

This is what I tried I replaced the extension with ".xlsx" in the outputfile variable string below, but when I try to open it, gives an error that "excel cannot open the file....format or file extension is not valid...". It also does not prompt me for a location and file type.

ActiveWorkbook.SaveAs OutputFile
