Open Hyperlink Dialog

I would like my macro to just open the hyperlink dialog in order to get the user to choose a folder for the hyperlink. Could anyone please help me on that one?

Excel Facts

Format cells as time
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+2 to format cells as time. (Shift 2 is the @ sign).
