Opening perticular file shuts down excel

What version of Excel are you using? If 2002 or 2003, can you do an open and repair of the file? If that doesn't work, or if you have a prior verions, PM me and I will reply with my email address if you'd like me to try opening it.

Assuming that you are still able to open other files...
