Good morning.

When I get certain emails, if I copy and try to paste it into a cell, it turns out that each word would be placed into its own cell across multiple columns.

How could I take this sentence with varied length and put the info into a single cell with a space between the words?

Thank you for your assistance!

Robert

Using a mouse in Excel is the work equivalent of wearing a lanyard when you first get to college
If this behavior occurs after using Text to Columns, click in any cell containing data, Text to Columns, check Delimited, click Next, uncheck everything then click Cancel.

Then try pasting in the e-mail text.
