Other data allowed in a list validated cell

Hi
i have a table with about 4 coulmns validated as lists, however in some of the columns i am allowed to also type in other data as well as select from the list (which i dont want) but in others i am not permitted to do so & i cant find which setting to change....

In Data Validation go to Error Alert ---- and make sure there is a check mark in "show error alert after invalid data is entered"
