Outlook 2007 Quick Proxy Resolution?

Hi,

Not normally I programme I have much to do with fiddling around with, but we have a number of work laptops running Outlook 2007 which we need to go in and change the proxy settings on. Basically so they can be switched off a little quicker than trawling through the menu's, as this happens numerous times in a day.

Is there any way to do this? A shortcut or some code perhaps?
