hello forum,

i would like to create a rule so that all emails that are coming from person from a group - all emails with @companya.com to be put in a folder.

so for example if i received an email from andrei@companya.com or ion@companya.com they would go to the same folder

thanks,

Excel Facts

Lock one reference in a formula
Need 1 part of a formula to always point to the same range? use $ signs: $V$2:$Z$99 will always point to V2:Z99, even after copying
If you go to Tools - Rules and Alerts - New Rule.

Click on Move messages from someone to a folder
Tick the box - with specific words in the senders address, then,
Click on the underlined words "specific words", and type @companya.com, then,
Click on the underlined word "specified" for the folder you want to move them to.
Click Next until you get to the finish, choose the options wanted, and that should do it.

Hi folks,

I'm trying to create the opposite rule, and don't manage to find the answer. Would appreciate your assistane, please.

The rule I want to create is that all emails sent from @CompanyA.com remain in the Inbox, but all other emails, from all other senders, are moved into a different, specific folder.

Can someone please help me, on how to do this?

Thanks!
