Is it possible to set up one or two macros that would open Excel on a given day & time each week, run a macro on a spreadsheet, then run another macro from Outlook and send that spreadsheet to someone?

Excel Facts

Format cells as time
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+2 to format cells as time. (Shift 2 is the @ sign).
