Mr. Excel,
What is the formula for calculating p-value?
Two-tailed test, where z=2.85.

Thank you,

Difference between two dates
Secret function! Use =DATEDIF(A2,B2,"Y")&" years"&=DATEDIF(A2,B2,"YM")&" months"&=DATEDIF(A2,B2,"MD")&" days"
Would this do it? (as its two tailed...)

=1-NORM.DIST(2.85,0,1,TRUE)+NORM.DIST(-2.85,0,1,TRUE)

Mr. Excel,

=1-NORM.DIST(2.85,0,1,TRUE)+NORM.DIST(-2.85,0,1,TRUE)

returns "#NAME?"

Perhaps a modification is needed?

Given the symmetry of the normal distribution, 1 - Normdist(x,...) +Normdist(-x,...) is the same as 2*Normdist(-x,...)
