Is there a way to make a page border like in Word? Or is the only way to leave an extra column on the sides and row at top and bottom and use the border thing?

If you want then just use the Rectangle shape
right click and change the fill to no fill
via Format autoshape....also change borders to suit and resize to fit print area....
That's absolutely perfect Ian. Of coarse I had thought of the border after everything else was perfect, encluding formulas and didn't want to have to recheck them all after adding extra columns/rows. Thanks so much.
