Page break with same intervals without VBA

Hi Team,
Suppose i have 400000 rows with single top header.
I want to print 4 line per page with header.
Page layout could be vertical or horizontal.

Any quick tricks without VBA code.

Sort by date Sort by votes
You could try setting the page size and margins so that only 4 rows will fit on the page.

Beyond that, your options will be vba or setting every single break manually.
