I have a workbook in which I have manual page breaks. The Workbook on my computer shows Page Width and Height as Automatic and Scaling as 82%.

My colleague (who uses the same shared printer) opens the workbook and the Ribbon shows Page Width and Height as 1 page and Scaling as 100%

My colleague, therefore, has page breaks in different places. If my colleague manually changes the settings above for a sheet to match my setting (Auto and 82%) then itis just fine. But this is manual and laborious as the workbook has 20 sheets.

What is the fix?

Thank You

Excel Facts

What does custom number format of ;;; mean?
Three semi-colons will hide the value in the cell. Although most people use white font instead.
can you go to page layout and set or define the print area eliminating the page breaks and save the document.
