Page Layout that appears when Opening Document

I have various WORD documents that I send out for review and merge the changes
when they are returned. Once complete, I end the review and change the
layout view to 'final'. I then save the document. However, when I reopen
the document, it opens in 'markup' view. How do I save it so that I can
distribute it and have it open in final view (no markups) for the recipients.

With your document open:
1. Click the blue checkmark and ACCEPT ALL CHANGES in document
2. On the Gray Status Bar below your document, double-click on TRK until its GRAYED OUT
3. Save the Document
4. Your Document is now like an original, with no history at all of changes.
5. Note: If you'd like to retain the history of changes, in Step 3 perform a "Save AS"...
