Hi All,

Can someone please tell me how to creat a pareto chart?

Dear Shweta,

I can help to create the Pareto Chart.

1) Insert a Chart;
2) Select the chart type - vertical;
3) right click the chart - add label;
4) adjust the format of label (the location of label - some inside & some outside)

Try the Pareto Plotter file at this link:

It will automatically sort the data (largest to smallest) and plot the cumulative percent line from the upper left corner of the largest category to the upper right corner of the chart area.

but this is in VBA & I dont want a solution for this time but I also want to learn how to make pareto chart.
