I have the following data in column D
11300-117-24001012
I need to separate the numbers into columns E, F and G, but without the dash and any spaces before or after the dashes.
How would I accomplish that?

How to create a cell-sized chart?
Tiny charts, called Sparklines, were added to Excel 2010. Look for Sparklines on the Insert tab.
Select the columns, call up the Text To Columns dialog box (Data tab, Data Tools panel), choose Delimited on first dialog page and specify the dash as the delimiter in the Other checkbox (make sure to set output to the correct beginning column).
