I have a prog that allows users to occasionally backup entire workbook as a separate unit ( on a beforeclose procedure). Unfortunately they don't always take advantage. I want a vba code that would check the file backup folder and find when the last file was created. There may be quite a few files since each backup is timestamped with current day and month. Once most current datecreated is found I would like to count 2 days back and prompt user to backup since they haven't recently. I would like this to work on an activate method.
Thanks In advance for any help. There are plenty of forums waking around such code but none quite specific. Frustrating I'm sure it's simple.
