I have one problem .

pl. help me to solve my problem.

In ecxel worksheet When I enter any data in one cell I want to auto lock the cell after the data fill. ( after leave the cell)

Suppose if I enter data in one cell and then go to other cell , After completation of first cell , and enter on new cell the first cell data should be locked, If I go to back the first cell then ,if i want to change data, the data in the cell must be locked. ( autolock) , If i want to change the data the the paasword must.

So, How can I do this pl. guide me.

I think you will either need to do this manually or with VBA.

You dont need to lock and unlock the cell. You just set that cell to be locked and toggle protect sheet when it has or needs to be modified.
