Hi all
How do I write a Subroutine to check
if the file needs a password to open, then I supply the password (inside the Sub when the file when opening) to open,
and in case no password needed, just open the file

Excel Facts

Can you AutoAverage in Excel?
There is a drop-down next to the AutoSum symbol. Open the drop-down to choose AVERAGE, COUNT, MAX, or MIN
as a start:

Workbooks.Open Filename:="C:\name.xls", Password:="My_Password"

...what else is the code doing?
