Password Protect on Open (vba)

Hi,
I'd like to create a routine in ThisWorkbook, which would generate several new workbooks

 Workbooks.Add

and save each one of them with password protection on Open.
Following means Structure and Window of the ActiveWorkbook remains unprotected,
generated file only has initial prompt for password.
