Password Question

I want to create a MS Excel addin which is password protected. Would an expert in MS Excel be able to crack the password? If the answer is Yes, then I can create a MS Access runtime file instead using a accde extension which hides the VBA code and I believe this can't be cracked.

Excel is not a secure platform & can be easily hacked by anyone who knows how to use a search engine.
