Hi everybody,

I want to past my excel table into word. Pasting as picture only gives satisfying results but there is one big setback. It pastes the lines from the excel rows and columns also in word. How can i remove them?

Excel Facts

Return population for a City
If you have a list of cities in A2:A100, use Data, Geography. Then =A2.Population and copy down.
Hi

I am Assuming you are using Office 2007 and the Ver of Excel that goes along with it.

First Customise the table format. To Remove bells & Whistles

Select The range of Your Table

Under the Home Tab Select:-

1. Format as Table
2. Select New Table Style
3. Select Whole table
4. Input a Name of Your Choice in The Name Field
5. Select OK

To Temporary Remove Gridlines:-

Select Office Button
Select Excell Options
Select Advances
Scroll Down & Uncheck Show Gridlines
Or Change Gridline Colour to White.

Cut & Past to Word As Usual.

Regards

Kev
