Without VBA, you'll have to do the paste special several times until you've pasted everything you need. Another way to do it. Would be to copy the formulas to another place withing the worksheet or to another worksheet, paste your required date the normal way to your target area, and then go back to your formulas, copy, and paste special (to formulas only) to your target address.
